Memberships (Pre-Launch & Ongoing)
All purchases related to our membership program — including access to digital content, private community channels, early access perks, and exclusive member-only events — are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Due to the nature of our digital and experiential offerings, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
Public Event Tickets
Tickets purchased for public events (in-person or virtual) are non-refundable.
However, for in-person events, tickets can be transferred to another person if we are notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
To request an in-person ticket transfer, please email us at info@giuliadasilva.ca with the event name and the full name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place.
